Yes, camp/picnic chairs are permitted at all venues.
Can I bring my own picnic and alcohol?
We encourage audience members to bring their own picnic, as it wouldn't be a Proms without a picnic. Alcohol however is not permitted to be brought into the venue for safety reasons. There will be a number of bars available though at each venue.
What is your refund policy?
We are unable to offer refunds for tickets after they have been purchased. In the very unlikely event that a show needs to been postponed, all tickets will be transferred to the rearranged show.
What happens if the weather isn't good?
The show must go on! The show will will go ahead unless there is extreme weather that causes a risk to safety. In this instance the show will either be delayed or postponed to a later date.
What is the difference between the category tickets?
Category A is the closest to the stage and offers the best view of the stage and will benefit from the best sound quality. Category B is behind Category A. Category C is furthest from the stage.
Are children allowed?
Yes, we want to promote classical music to the next generation of music lovers so children under the age of 12 go free at all our shows. Strictly 3 children per full paying adult.
Are dogs permitted to attend?
Dogs are permitted at some, but not all of our venues. Please email info@ukacgoup.org to find out more information.
Are the venues disability friendly?
Yes, all of our venues are accessible for those with a disability. We offer accessibility parking next to the venue gates. One carer is also permitted free of charge when accompanying someone with a disability. Proof of disability, such as blue badge, must be provided on entry.
Is there parking?
Their is chargeable onsite parking at each of our venues.
